Tim + Allie

I met Tim & Allie earlier this year for our engagement session, which went AMAZING...it had me so pumped to be a part of their big day; they we're so sweet to me and so, incredibly loving towards each other. Their Wedding day was no different, full of life and love. Tim & Allie's bridal parties were huge, so right off the bat I knew I'd have an eventful day...all of the gals we're so welcoming as we all witnessed Allie preparing to give her hand to Tim later that day. After Allie had gotten dressed, her mother came in with a gift that was 'something old, and something blue' (a handkerchief with the NY yankees emblem on it) a family heirloom of sorts "The handkerchief was made from my mom's wedding dress, and the Yankee symbol was from one of my dad's old shirts. Our family is huge Yankees fans!" The whole moment was emotional for everyone who was able to witness it. After that, we headed to the location where Tim would see his bride for the first time, which would also prove to be just as emotional! He was in awe with wet eyes and giant grins...I may have had a glimmer in my eye as well. We took some portraits and then a few of Allie's closest friends joined in on the fun. We went to the place of the ceremony to get the party started a tad early...*wink, wink*. Shortly after, Allie's father would walk her down the aisle where Tim would see her again, with the same awe-shocked reaction...it was beautiful. The ceremony was short and sweet! They were now Mr. & Mrs. Hiett!! After getting congratulated by all of their loved ones, we popped on the party bus and headed off for formal portraits with the bridal parties....when we arrived, the men had other ideas...hahaha! After wrangling the guys for photos, we finished quickly and would arrive to the reception for walk-in announcements...which we're super comical, all of the couples had a quirky jig. The reception was set up beautifully with Navy blue and pops of gold throughout...their cake was my favorite part, glitter for DAYS! Everything proceeded as it should have with dances, a garter auction and ended with some crazy fun, of course. Thank you to all the vendors who participated and THANK YOU to Allie & Tim for having me share in your special day! <3
