What is your style of Photography? I like to think I take a documentary type approach to your sessions/Weddings. I like to observe and really take in everything that is going on, as is.
Do you have a second shooter or assistant? At normal sessions, usually not unless I need some help. At Weddings, I almost always have a second shooter/assistant present. There are smaller Weddings where I do not need the help, but more often than not...there is a second person present.
How long will it takes for my photos to be finished? The longer I've been doing this, the faster I'm becoming. I do not have guaranteed delivery times, but I do assure you that your photos will be delivered in a timely manner. Weddings are anywhere from 4-16 weeks (depending on my current workload, such as Wedding before yours, daily family sessions...etc) and family sessions are anywhere from 2-4 weeks, usually the former. You will see tons of previews though, it doesn't take weeks for a sneak!
Do you need a shot list? I prefer not to be given a shot list. I've done countless Weddings, it's easy for me to know what's coming up, what to usually expect. A shot list will only dampen my creativity, which is why you hired me....right? Let me do my thing, you won't be disappointed.
What are you traveling fees? Anything over an hour round-trip drive for me is the standard $0.52/mile and I account for food/gas and lodging (if I have to/need to stay). It varies, depending on where I'm headed!
How do I go about viewing my photos? I deliver photos through an online gallery that can be shared with anyone you wish! They are downloadable to your computer as long as you have the rights (depends which package you choose). They are private, others can only view it with a pin code and link!
Can I get a disk or USB with my session/Wedding? I no longer do disks, as they are a bit dated. My computer doesn't even have a disk drive, imagine that! USB's are offered as an add-on to any package and are available in a few of my Wedding packages!
Do you 'release' the rights to your photos? Actually, I do. I don't see the point in not giving you photos you paid for. I just like to educate my clients on where or where not to print. Some places that do offer prints, aren't suitable for professional photos and do not reflect the true edits of them.
Where should I print my photos then? You can actually print photos STRAIGHT from your online, personal gallery! They ship in 1-2 days and are SO beautiful. Compare to any generic printing company and you'd never go back.
How long have you been in business? I have 'officially' been in business since 2013, but I have been perfecting my craft since around 2009. A hobby turned business, if you will.
When do you prefer to shoot? For indoor shoots, anywhere from 11-1. For outdoor shoots, I like shooting 2 hours before sunset.
